What do we stand for?
The INKLAB Research Platform & Collectives will primarily formulate and share research-labor based on the philosophy of the studies conducted and practiced largely in phenomenological theoretical perspectives and critical studies framework. As a research collective, our research will be oriented on the underpinnings of critical legal studies and practiced in the narratives pertaining to one's lived experiences. Our philosophical and advocacy impetus is to encourage research from the grass-root in the everyday lived order of experience rather than substantiating it only from a doctrinal or an absolute textual approach. We have an independent research group that will encourage independent researchers in their work. We are a resource group for such researchers and give them a platform for discussion and distribution of their work. The underlining research methodology used for our research projects will primarily be phenomenology, though we are open for other methodical interventions too.
